Centri® Spinner is the most effective equipment constructed for locomotive washing. InterClean Centri® Spinners use zero-degree rotating nozzles designed to remain highly effective when cleaning from greater distances. The result is a high-impact spray that applies clean water to the front and rear surfaces of the train removing the film, debris, and iron oxidation (rail dust) from even the hardest-to-reach places without damaging surface features.
- Precision-engineered spray nozzles eliminate the need to stop for the front or rear wash stage or at any point throughout most touchless wash configurations.
- Strategically placed flat spray nozzles are used at the pre-soak and rinse stages to achieve a uniform clean where medium-impact spray is desired.
Additionally, this system reduces corrosion, life-cycle costs and labor costs while delivering consistent cleaning results.
