A Partnership Built on Trust: EEA and TotalEnergies Over 20 Years

share

For more than two decades, EEA and TotalEnergies have shared a partnership rooted in technical reliability and confidence. What began as a supply agreement has evolved into a long-term collaboration that supports TotalEnergies’ nationwide operations in Egypt through consistent delivery, installation, and maintenance of essential fuel and car care systems.

Across hundreds of service stations, EEA provides integrated solutions covering fuel dispensers, car wash equipment, garage service equipment, and car wash chemicals, all backed by dedicated after-sales support. This combination of proven engineering, product quality, and service responsiveness has made the EEA and TotalEnergies partnership a model of continuity and trust in Egypt’s energy sector.

The Foundation of a Long-Term Business Partnership

TotalEnergies is a global company operating in more than 130 countries, with activities spanning fuel distribution, renewables, and sustainable mobility solutions. In Egypt, the company operates a wide network of service stations that meet international quality and environmental standards.

EEA is one of Egypt’s most trusted engineering agencies, representing leading global manufacturers in the fueling, automotive, and industrial systems sectors. Since the early 2000s, EEA and TotalEnergies have maintained a collaboration grounded in reliability and technical precision. Through this partnership, we have supplied and serviced essential station equipment, ensuring seamless operation and long-term value for TotalEnergies’ nationwide network.

Delivering Reliable Fuel Dispensing Systems Across Egypt

Fuel stations across Egypt operate under demanding conditions: high temperatures, continuous traffic, and the need for uninterrupted service. To meet these challenges, EEA supplies and maintains Tokheim Quantium® fuel dispensers, known globally for accuracy and performance.

The Tokhiem Quantium series features advanced metering systems with minimal drift, corrosion-resistant hydraulic assemblies, and secure electronics designed to withstand temperature fluctuations. Each dispenser is equipped with reinforced stainless-steel frames and ergonomically designed nozzles from German manufacturer ZVA and US manufacturers Husky, which improve user safety and flow efficiency. EEA supports TotalEnergies in configuring each system to match site-specific flow rates and layout constraints.

Complete Car Wash Equipment Solutions for TotalEnergies Stations

In addition to fuel systems, EEA equips TotalEnergies service stations across Egypt with a full range of professional car-wash equipment. Since 2018, more than 27 car wash machines have been installed nationwide. Each piece of equipment is supported by our technical team from delivery through maintenance.

EEA’s car wash portfolio includes high-pressure washers, tunnel washing systems, and industrial and central vacuum systems. Tunnel machines offer advanced control systems, automated detergent dosing, and quick-cycle operation capable of processing up to 90 cars per hour.

These systems help TotalEnergies service stations deliver fast, reliable cleaning performance that meets the expectations of both private drivers and commercial fleet operators.

Sustainable Cleaning and Chemical Solutions from AUWA

TotalEnergies car wash stations in Egypt use a complete range of AUWA vehicle care chemicals supplied exclusively by EEA. AUWA chemicals, under the brand WashTec, cover every stage of the wash cycle, from pre-cleaning to finishing, and combine performance with sustainability, ensuring consistent results while conserving water and energy.

EEA provides the full AUWA TecsLine and WS series, which include specialized formulations such as:

  • TecsLine PowerTecs and InsecTecs: Highly alkaline pre-cleaners engineered to remove heavy dirt, grease, and insect residues. Ideal for both passenger vehicles and commercial fleets.
  • WS Super-Polish, Super-Wax, and Foam-Wax: Advanced polymer-based products that protect paintwork, enhance gloss, and reduce drying time, even under Egypt’s challenging environmental conditions.
  • Shine-Tecs and Shield-Tecs technologies: Innovative chemical systems that strengthen paint protection with each wash and improve long-term surface durability.

EEA’s team ensures an uninterrupted supply, enabling TotalEnergies to maintain smooth operations across all sites.

End-to-End After-Sales Support: Sustaining Long-Term Reliability

The strength of the EEA and TotalEnergies partnership lies not only in the quality of supplied equipment but also in the reliability of service that sustains it. EEA’s after-sales department plays a central role in ensuring that every installation continues to operate at peak performance.

Our service department includes 20 engineers and 40 trained technicians, supported by 14 fully equipped maintenance vehicles. This structure enables scheduled preventive visits and prompt intervention when unexpected issues arise.

EEA’s after-sales services include:

  • Installation and commissioning of all fueling and car wash systems.
  • Routine maintenance contracts with scheduled inspections and performance checks.
  • Emergency repair services to minimize operational downtime.
  • In-house training sessions that ensure staff handle all equipment safely and efficiently.

Two Decades of Partnership, Built on Engineering Integrity

Our partnership with TotalEnergies stands as proof of how technical expertise and mutual trust can sustain success over time. What began as a supply agreement has evolved into a strategic relationship that supports operations nationwide.

With over 85 years of experience, EEA continues to deliver solutions that align with international standards while addressing on-the-ground conditions in Egypt.
